Our Work

What We Do

  • Sprints are a revolutionizing tool for organizations that have previously focused on planning and have trouble moving to action. A design sprint is a 2 day event (or 4 virtual sessions) where you work with your team to solve a problem using the 5 steps of design thinking (empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test). It compresses months of work into a few days. We love sprints!

  • Do you want to host an unique event that inspires people and is a catalyst for social and service innovation? This might be the perfect offering for you. We facilitate large events (up to 100 people) where we tackle complex design challenges. Complex problems - otherwise known as “wicked” problems - are those that are difficult to define and cannot be solved using standard methods and approaches. If you are looking for a culture shift and building capacity for innovation - then this is the event for you.

  • Now more than ever, we have been reminded that reinventing ourselves is paramount. We can offer workshops where we help your team look at the design challenge from a different perspective and find a new way of working in the future. As always, we start with empathy and try to fully appreciate the challenges ahead before jumping to ideation. We use both human centred design and strategic foresight to shift the conversation.

  • Healthcare is increasingly seeing the power that patients and caregivers can contribute to excellent patient centred care. We will work with you to design or execute ethnographic research, journey maps and patient personas to understand pain points across the patient and staff journey. This work pays off ten fold as it focuses your team to provide the services that your users want and need.
